48th Annual Fathers Day Festival at Grass Valley - 2023.

 I did some video recording at the festival and stitched them together into this video.  It's about 38 minutes long and has songs from several different performers.

This song is in the key of Dm.  The song's first part (A part) is played twice then the second part (B part) is played once and ends with a second pass through the A part (A-A-B-A).  Chord progression for the A part is: Dm, C, Dm, C, A, Dm.  Chord progression for the B part is: G, D, E, A.

Deering open back Goodtime Banjo for sale.

SOLD  - But I'm leaving the post just to remember this fun instrument.

I just bought a new banjo, but I don’t need 3 banjos, so I’m looking to sell my open back Deering Goodtime 5 string banjo with strap, tuner, capo and gig bag.  This banjo is in good condition while the gig bag has a tear near the handle but is otherwise sound.  I live in Encinitas and am looking for $350 for the whole package.  Here's a picture and a video showing off this banjo.
